      Our Products

      We use the highest quality  shearling in our products. This is a natural material so some shedding might be expected when worn. Shearling is light weight and has natural antibacterial properties. It is naturally thermostatic making it suitable to wear all year round. To keep it as fresh as possible follow these guidelines:

      • Keep away from direct sunlight.
      • Store in breathable cloth bags.
      • When wet, keep away from heat like blow-dryers-always let air dry naturally.
      • Use a wet damp cloth/towel for spot cleaning.

      Sheepskin is naturally antibacterial due to the substance lanolin it contains, which keeps feet fresh. However, if slight natural odour develops, a small amount of sprinkled baking soda can be used to refresh them overnight. The baking soda can be vacuumed the next day.  In the case of strong stubborn odours, you can put them in the freezer for up to 48 hours.  We only use calf/lamb skin in all our products.  No Pig skin.

      At Fursho we ensure that all our suppliers use sustainable materials and processes.  All our materials are a by-pass of the meat industry, and we partner with eco-friendly fulfilment centres all the way to shipping couriers.  Our sustainability policy is constantly being reviewed.

      All our footwear is true to size.  We do not have half sizes so if you are a half size then buy a size up.  Any problem with the sizing once received please email us on contact@fursho.com

      At times due to the soft nature of the shearling, although we ensure it is shaved from the heal, it can slip off at times.  If this occurs, then anti slip off accessories can be used to prevent it from happening if needed.

      Orders and Delivery

      Currently we only ship within the UK, Europe and USA.  We will be expanding to more countries soon.  If you are in a country that is not on the list, please contact us so we can notify you in the future when our shipping policy changes.

      Yes, outside the UK, any import/custom taxes or duty are the customer’s responsibility.  Please check the customs guidelines for your country before making an order. 

      No currently we do not post to P.O Boxes.

      You should receive an email from the shipping courier with the despatch details once the product has left out warehouse.  Please check your junk email if you have not received it.  Please track your order with the order number provided by the courier.  Please note during peak times it may take the courier longer to activate your tracking information.  If you face any problems, please then contact us and we will try to help you.

      Unfortunately, once you have received a confirmation email with your order, it is no longer possible to modify your order or address details.  Orders are prepared instantly with our fulfilment partners.  If you entered a mistake in your address details, please contact us as soon as possible.  If the address details are entered wrong by the customer and we are not notified on time, we are not liable if they are delivered to the wrong address or lost.

      Yes, you can.  We have a 14-day strict return policy.  If you ensure the products are returned in their original state.  Please refer to returns and refunds policy for more information on how to return your products.  Please note that return delivery costs we will not be refunded by Fursho and are the responsibility of the customer.

      Once we receive your order and we are happy with its condition, we will start with the refund process.  It can take between 3 to 7 days to process your refund.  The whole refund process can take up to 21 days.  The refund will go back to the original payment method you used when you placed your order.  If you’ve waited more than the expected period, please get in touch with us on contact@fursho.com

      Unfortunately, we do not handle exchanges currently.  If you need an exchange, then please return your products and reorder on the website.  Once we have received your returned items, we will start with processing your refund.


      We use Stripe as our payment platform. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron. We also accept PayPal and Klarna.
