Return/Exchange Information - Fursho

      RETURNS/REFUNDS

      • 14 days return period.
      • We are unable to refund the cost you incurred to return your shoes.
      • If you aren’t happy with your shoes for any reason, please email us with your order number indicating that you would like a refund.  Please then return your order to us at: Fursho LTD, Office 135139, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH, UK
      • Make sure you keep proof of return in the instance of any problems occurring during shipment.  If the package on its return to us is lost and there is no proof of sending it to us, Fursho reserves the right not to process your return.  We have a strict 14-day return policy; We cannot accept any returns after this for any reason.

      Remember:

      • To re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging.  Fursho is not responsible for the items until they are received by us so make sure they are packed well.
      • Items must all be unworn and in their original condition and original box.  All the packaging parts must be included in the return, dust bags and any additional accessories.  In the unlikely event that they are returned in an unsuitable condition, or are altered from their original condition, we may have to return it back to you and a refund will not be processed or we may reduce the amount of the refund accordingly. 
      • Once we receive your returned items, it can take up 3 to 7 days to process your refund.  The whole refund process can take up to 21 days.  The refund will go back to the original payment method you used when you placed your order.  If you’ve waited more than the expected period, please get in touch with us on contact@fursho.com

      EXCHANGES

      Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we’ve received your unwanted items.
