      SHIPPING POLICY

      • We send out orders in the UK by DPD Next Day, which is a 24-hour service for weekdays only.
      • For Europe and the rest of the world, we send international tracked and signed. For Europe, this can take 2-8 working days. For the USA this can take 4-10 working days. These will vary slightly depending on the service type and carrier utilised per destination.
      • Please note, if you are ordering from outside the UK, once your parcel is received by your Postal Service, you should be able to track your order with the tracking reference as it should take you to the Local couriers tracking page.  Any problem with delivery of order please contact your postal service first using your tracking reference.
      • Once the parcel is being processed by the shipping company, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use the link in the email to review the status of your order and find the estimated delivery date. Kindly note that the tracking details take a few hours to be activated by the shipping company. 

      Important information:

      • You cannot change your address or cancel / modify your order once placed due to our automated fulfilment. If you notice any mistakes in your address, please contact us at contact@fursho.com
      • Deliveries are only made from Monday to Saturday.

      SHIPPING COSTS

      • UK deliveries cost price is £7.45 per parcel.  For more information, please refer to DPD website https://track.dpd.co.uk/ 
      • Shipping is available worldwide.
      • Standard shipments usually take 6-10 days depending on destination.  Express Shipments take between 2-5 days. Check International Standard shipping rates here
      • We reserve the right to change these delivery prices at any time.

      TAX and DUTIES

      UK delivery

      • All tax is included in final checkout price.

      EU and Non-Eu Delivery

      • Delivery might take longer due to strict customs at your country of purchase.  Please check the rules and regulations in accordance with your country before purchasing.  All duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Fursho nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fee will be due upon delivery.  Costs cannot be reclaimed from Fursho.
