SHIPPING POLICY

• We send out orders in the UK by DHL. Delivery can take up to 2-3 Business days.
• For Europe and the Rest of the World, We send DHL International tracked and signed. For Europe, this can take up to 3-6 Business days. For USA this can take up to 4-6 Business days. For the Rest of the World this can take up to 7 working days. This will vary slightly depending on service type and destination.
• Once the parcel is being processed by the shipping company, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use the link in the email to review the status of your order and find the estimated delivery date. Kindly note that the tracking details take a few hours to be activated by the shipping company. 

Important information:

• You cannot change your address or cancel / modify your order once placed due to our automated fulfilment. If you notice any mistakes in your address, please contact us at contact@fursho.com
• Deliveries are only made from Monday to Saturday.

TAX and DUTIES

UK delivery

• All tax is included in final checkout price.

EU and Non-Eu Delivery

• Delivery might take longer due to strict customs at your country of purchase.  Please check the rules and regulations in accordance with your country before purchasing.  All duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Fursho nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fee will be due upon delivery.  Costs cannot be reclaimed from Fursho.
